Ernest Ford is a dedicated music professional with extensive experience in various aspects of the industry. Currently at APG, he previously served as an A&R for StreamCut Media, signing artists and orchestrating projects. Prior to that, Ernest managed artists from the 1234 Creations collective like dylAn and Daniel D'artiste, and was part of Melodic Chaotic for about two years. In 2018, Ernest honed his marketing skills as an assistant for Songbirds South Stage while simultaneously working as a door lead and box office manager. Late in 2017, he took on the role of event coordinator for Chattanooga Smokeouts, booking and coordinating performances for artists such as BBYMUTHA, Quentin Miller, Michael Da Vinci, YGTut, Swerzie, DILIP, Downtime, Brian Brown, and Isaiah Rashad. Ernest's diverse background also includes a year-long stint as a social media strategist for Wrd On The Str, and roles as a street team assistant and door staff at Track 29. During his early college years, he explored music production and worked with Bedsqueak Squad Club Label as their merchandising manager, showcasing his multifaceted talent within the music industry.
