Josh Bailey, the Senior Vice President of A&R for Capitol Christian Music Group, is a key figure in the creative development of the label's artist roster. Working with renowned artists like TobyMac, Crowder, We The Kingdom, Jeremy Camp, Tauren Wells, and Anne Wilson, Bailey has played an integral role in shaping the contemporary Christian music scene. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from Cedarville University, Bailey kickstarted his career as a Business Manager for industry veteran Tom Jackson. He joined Word Entertainment in 2005 and quickly found his calling in the A&R department. As Senior Vice President of A&R and Publishing, Bailey has contributed significantly to the success of artists such as for KING & COUNTRY, We Are Messengers, and Francesca Battistelli.
