15+ years of executive leadership experience in the fields of marketing, social media and sales with experience at HBO, Columbia Records (Sony), Def Jam (Universal Music Group), as well as current entrepreneurial endeavors. I am currently leading my own, independent marketing agency, Casadei Collective, where I consult by referral-only. Clients include music behemoth Universal Music Group, award-winning social company Be-Hookd, Eminem and Paul Rosenberg's Shady Records, and a number of INCREDIBLY exciting tech clients that are current building out product (more info as they go public). My career includes crafting cutting edge strategy and executing award-winning campaigns for some of the biggest entertainment entities on the planet, including TV shows like Game of Thrones and Entourage to music artists like BEYONCÉ, Snoop Dogg and Justin Bieber. Specific skillsets within the fields of marketing, social and sales include: digital marketing, audience building, CRM, Web3, AI, playlisting, business development, partner relations, talent relations, advertising, influencer marketing, and so much more. I'm incredibly passion about education as I currently serve on Clemson University's Marketing Board, which helps shapes student curriculums and informs university decisions as it pertains to the Business School. I have co-taught a college course on social media in Fall 2020 and have spoken on over 50 occasions to schools across the country, including Clemson, Southern Cal, Emory, and more.
